Tying down your boat to its trailer is a very important safety element when it comes to transport at more than 100 km/h a weight of several tonnes. The use of ratchet straps, which are ill-suited, fragile, messy and tedious to set up, can pose a danger when the load capacities of the latter are badly or partially estimated.

QUICKFLEX: THE DESIGN
QuickFlex is a patented tie-down system. The design uses a cross tie-down which immobilises the boat in all directions by connecting the trailer frame to the boat cleats.
The combination of a significant tensile force with non extensible and high strength components makes it possible to absorb the horizontal, vertical and longitudinal forces to which the boat is subject during transport, without deformation or movement.
By preventing any movement of the boat, the latter remains completely secured to its trailer.
The QuickFlex system simplifies tie-down and guarantees compliance up to 3 T. It exempts you from the requirements and responsibility to define and calculate its validation.
Quickflex: a simple and easy system to use
QuickFlex can be installed on the cleats or on the chain plate ring of the boat in no time.
- Put the lasso either on the cleats, or on the chain plate ring.
- Slide the tensioner on the rack attached to the trailer, manually apply tension.
- Clamp with the handle on the tensioner, 2 tension clicks are enough.
- Repeat with the other cleats/rings of your boat.
- Your boat is now tied down and secured in less than 1 minute!
The implementation for a semi-rigid boat is slightly different, but just as simple.
- Put the lasso on the front chain plate ring.
- Slide the tensioner on the rack attached to the trailer, manually apply tension.
- Clamp with the handle on the tensioner, 2 tension clicks are enough.
- Put the racks/tensioner on the rings on both sides of the engine.
- Place the lassos on the cross-member, slide the tensioner on the rack, and apply tension.
- The implementation speed of QuickFlex facilitates a compliant tie-down.
The system simplicity means it can be used by anyone, without any previous training.
