Our maintenance kits are made of the following components, depending on your needs:

The Goliath TPV/ TR safety winch
The TPV/ TR manual winches have the following features:
The universal winch support
Available in galvanised steel or 316L stainless steel, our universal fastening system is designed to fit all the cranes on the market, whatever their shape (square, rectangular or round) and whatever their size (40 to 120 mm diameter).

The winch support is compatible with the various Goliath winch models.
The stainless steel cable
We offer a range of 15 metre stainless steel cables, available in diameters ⌀4, ⌀6 or ⌀7 mm and conforming to EN 12385-1 / 12385-4.
The Goliath configurator automatically matches the appropriate rope diameter to the selected winch model to comply with the regulations.
The end of the rope is equipped with a single loop allowing a free passage of a pin. The dimensions are as follows:
Return pulleys and their universal fixing system
Our pulleys are available in ertalon (stainless steel high resistance polymer material). The configurator automatically associates a standardised pulley with the selected winch model to comply with the regulations.
You can choose a single pulley or a set of two pulleys.

We offer two fixing solutions:

For direct attachment of the pulley support to the crane arm (Config N°5):
1) The crane arm must not be thicker than 16 mm
2) The mounting hole must be larger than Ø14.5
3) The position of the hole on the crane arm must be 25 mm maximum (see configurator)
For pulley attachment with shackle plus link (Config N°1/2/3/6):
1) The crane arm may not be wider than 50mm
2) The shackle mounting hole on the crane arm must be larger than Ø12.5
3) The position of the hole on the crane arm must be at a maximum of 47 mm (see configurator)
For a pulley fixing with shackle positioned on a crane arm axis (Config N°4):
1) The crane arm must leave a minimum of 50mm for the pulley support to pass through
2) The axle must not be smaller than Ø16 mm and larger than Ø44 mm
These two fixing systems should allow you to adapt the pulley to your crane, whatever its shape or size.
